Jesus, the Light of the world, who spoke the world into existence, came to this world to redeem us from darkness! He is our Hope and Salvation in a world that is hurting.

Scotts Mills Friends teaches Jesus and His Word in a world full of hurt, despair, loneliness and fear. We look to God’s Word, recorded in the Bible, for guidance, and depend on the Holy Spirit who loves to transform lives, who instructs, guides and comforts us, bringing the peace that only comes through relationship with God made possible through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Mission Statement: Ephesians 4:15 Speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ.

Scotts Mills Friends Vision:
-That we will be new creations of the Lord Jesus Christ, living for God by the power of the Holy Spirit.
– God is the only solution to our problems. Jesus came so we could have Life, real life. Eternal life that starts now and overflows with joy, peace, and love — love for God, love for our families, love for our community and world — because we are His dearly beloved.
